Re:Creation's upcoming events

APRIL 2009
Re:Creation received its London Premiere at St John's, Smith Square, London. See REVIEWS

MAY 2010
The London based Pentecost Festival organisers have been working to present two performances of Re:Creation as the headline classical/choral event concluding the week-long festival of some 100+ events. Last years' festival (May 2009) attracted over 16,000 people.

MAY 2010
We have been booked by the Bible Society to offer a 45 minute programme of extracts sung by the Re:Creation Chamber Choir and soloists at the Christian Resources Exhibition at Sandown on Tuesday 11th May, 2010 from 2.30pm. This will demonstrate how local church choirs can present some of the work with limited resources.

2011 - The Year of the Bible
Luke Walton, the Arts Development Officer of the Bible Society has asked us to make Re:Creation available for the Bible Fresh initiative as part of the 2011 celebrations events for the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible. At the recent 12 UKwide Bible Fresh launch meetings, details have been presented to over 1000 church leaders through information packs which include a CD with 20 minutes of extracts from the full Re:Creation score. We are encouraging churches to partner with their local choral societies, orchestras and soloists to present Re:Creation. We have also prepared an abridged version (approx 60 minutes) to enable organisers to present Re:Creation as half a concert programme, and to perform extracts from King James text oratorios in the same concert (eg Messiah, Elijah)
