Re:Creation's upcoming events

2011 - THE YEAR OF THE BIBLE
Following the CRE booking, Luke Walton, the Arts Development Officer of Bible Society, asked us to make Re:Creation available for the Bible Fresh initiative as part of the 2011 celebrations events for the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible. At the 12UK wide Bible Fresh launch meetings, details were presented to over 1000 church leaders through information packs which include a CD with 20 minutes of extracts from the full Re:Creation score. We are encouraging churches to partner with their local choral societies, orchestras and soloists to present Re:Creation. We have also prepared an abridged version (approx 60 minutes) to enable organisers to present Re:Creation as half a concert programme, and to perform extracts from King James text oratorios in the same concert (eg Messiah, Elijah)
